Njomza supports Zoom’s busy Temporaries division, helping with candidate resourcing, onboarding, compliance and the day-to-day coordination needed to keep our temporary workforce running smoothly.
She is currently completing a Business Administration apprenticeship with Zoom, developing practical recruitment and commercial experience alongside her studies.
