Established over the years as a top performing recruiter and manager within some of the UK’s leading national companies, she then helped to create and develop the brand that is Zoom.
With both marketing and HR expertise she is passionate about recruitment and has extensive knowledge of the logistics industry along with its trends and technologies associated with recruitment and staffing to date.
Elle-Louise remains actively involved in the day to day running of the business to help continually build and develop innovative contract solutions to deliver to our clients and candidates in a highly competitive market
Lucy has worked for a number of large organisations within the Commercial and IT sector and utilises her wealth of recruitment and commercial experience across the business towards Zoom’s continued success. Lucy has a broad range of skills in both permanent and contract recruitment and is actively involved with a number of PSL accounts, including an in depth understanding of the NHS and the necessary compliance and audit processing that goes with supplying such a prestigious account. Lucy has the ability to provide advice on new business strategies and compliance and liaise with both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career prospects.
Lucy’s tenacious personality and dedicated charity work and fund raising ideas on behalf of the company really make her a key asset to the management and growth of the business.
Sandie is responsible for assisting with the growth of Midlands business, trouble shooting and attracting candidates then matching them to temporary and permanent positions within the Logistics Sector.
Sandie’s role involves working with key national accounts and building relationships in order to gain an in depth understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Sandie monitors attraction of candidates by advertising, networking, headhunting and referrals and screening candidates by interviewing and verifying all relevant background checks specifically within the Driving and Industrial sector
Sadie has worked with a number of large organisations managing both their UK and international accounts and payroll, she understands the importance of paying our contractors on time and will consistently go the extra mile to ensure the service remains delivered.
Her flexible and friendly approach to answering contractor or client queries has been welcomed by both our customers and staff.
Lily joined the Zoom team back in 2015 from a sales account management background so naturally offers a friendly and enthusiastic approach to recruitment.
Lily excels within a fast paced and results orientated industry and has a passion for delivering a great recruitment service and forging lasting relationships. Lily remains committed to accelerating growth within the business coupled with a great determination to succeed and stand out from the crowd. Patsy started a fun and educational apprenticeship with the Zoom team back in June 2015 and most recently completed the REC IRP certification in Recruitment. Patsy supports the Industrial and Driving division where she is responsible for resourcing the highest calibre of candidates possible. She remains committed to working towards progressing as a 360 recruiter running our very busy temporaries desk.
